How My 3-Step Results-Driven Over-50s Group Fitness Programme Will Help You To Feel Fitter, Healthier And More Confident

Step 1: Group Training

If you want to tone up, get fitter and feel stronger, my 40 minute group training sessions are just what you need. You’ll come to my private gym three times a week to perform exercises using my specialist strength and cardio equipment. Sessions are run with a maximum of 12 people who are all over-50 and there are a range of session times to fit your schedule.

 

Step 2: Meal Planning

Eating in the right way will help you to lose weight and feel energised. That’s why I’ll provide you with a copy of my Meal Planning Guide to help you improve your food choices. Inside, you’ll find over 80 meals to choose from, divided up into breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Most breakfasts and lunches take no more than a few minutes to make, and many dinners are ready in less than 30.

 

Step 3: Motivational Support

It’s not always easy to motivate yourself to train regularly and eat well. That’s why I’ll provide you with all the support you need to stay disciplined; an initial consultation to help you set your goals, regular assessments to track your progress, your training sessions supervised by me, and a friendly group of like-minded people to exercise with.

How Much Is It, When Are The Training Sessions And Other Frequently Asked Questions

 

When are the training sessions?

Sessions take place on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5.50am, 6.40am, 7.30am, 8.20am, 9.10am, 10am, 5.30pm, 6.20pm.

How much is it?

Membership is only £129 per month. That’s just £9.92 per session.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, 6 months and then a 30-day rolling agreement - 6 months is the minimum time you need to see significant weight loss, shape change and increased fitness levels.

Do I have to be over-50 to join?

Yes, this allows me to create a comfortable, welcoming environment of like-minded people.

Will I be able to do it?

Yes, I can to adapt the exercises to your fitness levels. Most of my clients start with relatively low fitness levels and often have old injuries and medical conditions.

What Facilities Do You Have?

My private gym is located on Kenyons Lane South in Haydock and is furnished with a variety of high quality strength and cardio equipment. I use this equipment to deliver a programme of specially-designed workouts to get you fitter, stronger and more toned. You’ll feel at home as you perform your exercises in this welcoming environment with a friendly group of local people and under my close supervision.

I’m easy to get to from areas local to Haydock and with the East Lancashire Road and M6 so close by, I am also conveniently accessed from other areas across St Helens, Wigan and Warrington. With free parking available, you’ll always be able to find a safe, secure parking space for your vehicle.
